That is why every Cowboy Leather Apparel product is protected by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

If our materials or workmanship fail during the reasonable life of your product, we will make it right.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, including:

  • Stitching that separates during normal use

  • Rivets, snaps, or other hardware installed by us that fail during normal use

  • Structural problems caused by faulty workmanship

  • Defects in the leather or materials that prevent the product from functioning as intended

  • Other craftsmanship issues determined to be our responsibility

After inspecting the product, we may repair, refurbish, or replace it depending on its condition and what is reasonably possible. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Complimentary Leather Care and Adjustments

We want our products to remain useful throughout their lives. When reasonably possible, we may also provide complimentary services such as:

  • Adding extra belt holes

  • Reconditioning dry leather

  • Cleaning and refinishing worn leather

  • Replacing minor hardware

  • Completing small repairs

  • Refurbishing a well-used product

Please contact us before sending anything to our shop. We will review your request and confirm the available service.

What Is Not Covered

Full-grain leather is a natural material that changes with use. Scratches, wrinkles, color variation, stretching, darkening, and patina are expected characteristics—not defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Cuts, burns, excessive water exposure, chemical damage, or severe staining

  • Damage caused by animals chewing or scratching the product

  • Products altered or repaired by someone outside Cowboy Leather Apparel

  • Damage caused by using the product for something it was not designed to do

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Normal replacement of removable accessories not made by Cowboy Leather Apparel

We may still be able to repair damage that falls outside warranty coverage. Contact us, and we will let you know what options are available.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To begin a claim, contact Cowboy Leather Apparel and provide:

  1. Your name and contact information

  2. Your order number or proof of purchase, if available

  3. A description of the problem

  4. Clear photographs showing the entire product and damaged area

Please do not ship your product until your claim has been reviewed. We will provide shipping instructions and explain any applicable costs before you send it.
